Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Please note: During peak times, holidays, or special drops, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time depends on your USPS shipping option and location. Typical delivery window:

• Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

Please note: These are estimates. USPS delays can occur, especially during high-volume times.

U.S. Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to merch@bissellbrothers.com — we’ll do our best to help.
