Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- If the return is not due to a Bissell Brothers error, you're responsible for return shipping. We'll issue your refund once the return is received and inspected.
- If we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item or a damaged product), we’ll send you a free return shipping label and replace the item asap.
Please include your packing slip with the return. If you don’t have it, include your name, order number, and contact info.
Refunds are applied to your original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? No problem.
- Exchanges are free, but you’ll cover the shipping the original item back to us.
- Include your packing slip, contact info and a note with the item you want in exchange.
We’ll confirm once we receive your request and get your new item on its way.

We recommend using a trackable and/or insured shipping method. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
